Makoto Yokoo, who is an AAAI (Association for the Advancement of
Artificial Intelligence) fellow and a past president of IFAAMAS
(Int. Foundation for Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems), is now
hiring one post-doctoral researcher in market design, multi-agent
systems, and in particular, two-sided matching.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline and
established track record evident by publication in top quality
conferences and\/or journals. Expertise in one or more of the following
areas is a must: market design, game theory and economic paradigms,
heuristic search and optimization, machine learning applications,
multi-agent systems, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gross salary per month (including taxes, insurances, and other things)
will be about JPY 350,000 (about US$2,700 at the current rate).
The exact amount will be decided in accordance with the employment
regulations, the successful applicant’s past accomplishments, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The start date will be November 1, 2023\uff08Negotiable) and
the end date is March 31, 2024, which can be extended based on mutual agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
